Description: Annexed building for offices and deliberation court-room of the Inter- American court of human rights. Using A contemporary architecture language, the exposed structure of the building becomes an important esthetic ingredient that organizes and modulates all the enclosed and transparent spaces, shaping the forms and accents. A the top floor, the building celebrates the importance of the deliberation court-room by letting a big double-high glass box emerge from a solid shell contrasting boldness with lightness, gibing a full clarity to the room, and provoking a floating roof sensation which characterize the building.
